collaboration among global sites.

Purchasing - Led project to fully automate the purchasing

function. Consolidated cost reduction opportunities, generated

vendor score cards, optimized production inventories to support

demand flow production lines, met inventory levels/turns

objectives and ensured customer satisfaction. In less than one

year, increased on time delivery from 79% to 90% and also

increased inventory turns.

Demand Management - Analyzed customer forecasts and their

requirements, supplied with agreements or wrote supplier

agreements. Wrote Kanban agreements to include best value,

price, quality, delivery, communications and supplier support to

reduce company liability. Managed departments ISO/AS

9101/NADCAP to company's certification goals.

FOB / INCOTERM Freight Standardization -Led project to

standardize freight terms and charges for four counties.

Streamlined import/export process making it easier to identify
