leadership of the corporate finance organization. Directed financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury,

budgeting, MlS and administrative functions for a high growth communications company.

Grew company from startup to 4th largest fiber-to-the-premise service provider in the country.

Raised $6.0 million in equity financing and negotiated $40.0 million debt facility.

NACT Telecommunications is a leading manufacturer of telecommunications equipment and software engineering

services, with networks deployed in over 26 countries. As CFO and VP of Operations I was primarily responsible for

strategic planning, development and leadership of finance functions, and day-to-day operations of the company.

Recruited, developed, and managed team of finance professionals, managers and support staff.

Raised $10.0 million equity financing and $3.0 million debt financing.

Designed accounting/reporting systems and customer access systems, implemented MS Dynamics Great Plains accounting

software and MS Dynamics CRM.

Designed and implemented all treasury and cash management operations for the company.

SOS Staffing Services, Inc. is a $400 million business services corporation with operations in approximately 85 locations

throughout the western United States. As Director of Finance my primary responsibilities included:

Supervision of finance personnel in budgeting, planning and forecasting the corporation’s operations and strategic

objectives.

Administration of the company’s self-funded workers’ compensation and self-funded health plans.

Management of investor communications and all SEC reporting including form 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy and others as

needed. Management of all quarterly reviews and annual audits.

Management of state and federal tax issues, coordination of tax issues with external tax professionals.

Supervision of accounting personnel, including 5 regional controllers, in preparation of monthly financial

statements, all management reporting including board of director’s reports and other internal and external reporting.

financial statements process and other management reports, treasury functions including bank negotiations and
