Responsibilities as CFO extended to 10 affiliated companies, both foreign and domestic, and 5 divisions for
financial and administrative matters.
• Formulated financial plans and policy ensuring that goals were measured, assets safeguarded and
accurate financial reporting assured.
• Analyzed and interpreted fiscal trends, enabling cost reduction and proper utilization of assets.
Developed and maintained short/long term planning and budgeting - $80 million annually.
Performed corporate banking and investment functions (foreign and domestic) - $52 million in lines of credit
and foreign exchange.
Developed tax planning to minimize taxes by allocating income, assets and expenses to various states with

• Coordinated all necessary risk assessment tasks to recreate accounting and financial records lost in
a fire, which allowed the company to pass an audit in 5 months.
• Created a company-wide Safety Committee, resulting in lowering insurance costs by 58%. The
success of this committee earned A&H certification from the State of Pennsylvania and continued
insurance savings totaling $300K, while employee headcount doubled.
Created the Accounting/Finance (and related) departments.
Created first-ever company physical inventory system and procedures that yielded accurate reporting as well as
“Certified” financial statements.
