Vanco US 2007 to 2008. British telecommunications Virtual Network Operator with customers in 230 countries

and territories in the world; managing networks for clients in 161 countries. Assumed control of a project with zero

results, one year into it’s execution and brought it to 68% completion. Developed a project plan, and coordinated

global project resources, customer, and telecom vendors over multiple locations. Led and participated in cross

functional project teams to complete site installations. Managed approved changes to the project and adjusted the

plan accordingly. Communicated project status weekly publishing and posting meeting minutes and status

documents to internal team and customer.

Computer Science Corporation 2003 to 2007. An information technology (IT) and business services company.

Managed cross functional infrastructure technical teams in performing functional analysis to identify and document

client requirements for multiple networking and network infrastructure projects. Authored statement of work,

generated and managed detailed customer-centric project plans; developed and maintained timelines and cost
