As an independent consultant I have worked as an advisor to my clients
and their TrueComp teams to advise them in upgrading from TrueComp
V3.x/V4.x/v5.x/V6.x. During this time I have been involved in reviewing
existing source data feeds, reporting, designing compensation plans and
advising the client in the best business approach to take for upgrading
to TrueComp. I have 11 years of TrueComp experience in managing projects,
working as technical advisor, designing and developing PSQL/SQL
Informatica Mappings (Source Transaction/DataMart, importing of reference
data and performance tuning), working as technical advisor for DataMart
Reporting and advising clients' compensation teams with best practices
for writing TrueComp compensation rules. Additionally, I have worked in
various roles on TrueComp projects: (Developer, Project Manager, Advisor,
Solution/Data Architect and Integrations Lead).

I was brought into this account to replace the Architect, my
responsibilities are to preform technical transition with the Architect
and assume his responsibilities and take on the DI Lead position, and my
responsibilities are to manage Functional, Technical aspects of the
project and to manage tasks for the DI resources.
Ecolab 6/2009 - 6/2010
As Architect I was responsible for client's business processors,
Environment/DB2 database architecture. Other responsibilities were to
perform technical review with client, deployment team's programmers and
business analysts, to guide the client's testing teams in methods to
correctly perform UAT, production parallel system testing for their
compensation system. Develop and design Informatica mappings and SQL to
collect data from Mainframe DB2 legacy systems.
Allstate Insurance 09/2008 - 03/2009
My responsibility at this client was to Upgrade their TrueComp Version
4.x to 5.x in 9 different Production environments. Support compensation
team on best practices for writing their new 2009 compensation Plans and
rules and help debug rule issues in system test. I wrote and tested
several PLSQL procedures to support their 2009 data requirements.
Affinion 11/2007 - 09/2008
As Technical Project manager I was reasonable for reporting to my
clients' management for Project Budget, Timelines, and any out of scope
issues that came up with the upgrade of TrueComp version 2.5 to 5.x. My
other responsibility was to perform Technical reviews, Compensation Plan,
Reporting with my team. I also had the responsibility of designing and
writing the SQL code for a GL system that integrated along with TrueComp
compensation system.
Cadence 5/2007 - 11/2007
My responsibilities at Cadence were to rewrite several of their
Informatica/PLSQL source feeds for the TureComp upgrade we were
implementing. I was required to gather new requirements and document and
review the requirements with clients' IT staff and obtain requirement
signoff. I also support the client on issues with TrueComp versioning
and wrote a SQL procedure to correct Position relationship versioning
errors.

Development Director:
Managed the Development and Implementation of Enterprise Manufacturing
and Warehouse Data Collection systems. This n-tier software system offers
barcode and radio frequency data collection for SAP R/3. The product was
developed in 1996, produced over $7 million in revenue by 1998, and was
projected to produce over $12 million in 1999. The product in the first
year of deployment was in production with SAP R/3 by over 12 customers
with multiple sites.
Management:
As part of the executive management staff I managed development and
delivery teams, each of which include Project Managers, Software
Engineers, and Hardware Technicians. Consistently delivering systems on
time and on budget. Involved in staffing, budgeting and sales support, as
well as product design, and enhancements.
Consulting:
Consulted with customers on manufacturing and warehouse business
processes. Worked with customers on R/3 configuration, including
ALE/IDOC. Consulted on configuration for extended IDOCs, new RFCs and

Technical:
Involved in designing object-oriented data storage systems for SQL Server
6.5. This database design allows flexible data schema for rapid
customization and easy performance optimization. Developed ActiveX/COM
objects to work with database to enable rapid implementation of custom
business process and data validation rules. Developed interfaces that
allow rapid modifications of the messages and documents transmitted
between R/3 and our software system. Developed VBScript front-end for
