In my construction career, I have been involved with the development of over 25 new
residential communities in the Chicagoland area. The main focus was value engineering
to produce the best product at the lowest possible cost. During a 8 year career change
in the sales arena, I established a working relationship with over 100 clients based on
teamwork and reliability. Since returning to construction, I have utilized the training from
both careers to better achieve my goals.
