elevators primarily for the power generation and infrastructure industries.
TESI has revenues of 3.5 million and has 20 employees.

My primary responsibility is to establish the manufacturing / business
infrastructure to accommodate growth of 300% and ultimately prepare the
company for sale.
. Developed production plans, created bills of material and sourced
materials for the production of the elevators. Successfully ramped
production from 3 elevators per year to 12.

Responsible for 2nd shift front end operations for the largest volume
desktop facility in Dell with yearly revenues in excess of $4 billion
and over 4.9 million in unit volume. Led a team of nine 1st level
managers with an associate population of 250 employees. Drove alignment
across the shift, working with peers to foster a team based environment
which focused on the business goals instead of personal, departmental,
and shift goals. My teams set factory records for quality, cost, and
safety for three out of four quarters while reducing throughput times
and meeting customer delivery requirements.
. Stepped in as senior manager to successfully lead the shutdown of 2nd
shift operations. Moved to first shift to shutdown all TMC plant
operations as the only senior manager. Returned $740K back to the
business in materials and operational savings in our last quarter.
. Improved build productivity by 17% through balancing work flow and
reducing downtime. This was mostly accomplished by training and
empowering team leads to make decisions real time on the shop floor.

Operations Manager, Osceola Engine Assembly Operations
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the 4-stroke, 2-stroke and
V-twin engine assembly lines as well as, a clutch assembly line. Lead
four teams with 150 associates that exceeded targets for safety,
quality, productivity and delivery. My responsibilities included
training, performance management, labor planning and new product
introductions.
. Developed and implemented a rotational work schedule that included
cross training and voluntary layoffs that accommodated a seasonal
production schedule that revolved around model year introductions.
This schedule reduced turnover and the need for temporary workers
saving training and hiring costs.
. Improved productivity on the 2-stroke assembly line by 9% with the re-
layout of the line using lean principles.
. Led a team to redesign our clutch assembly lines to eliminate
forklift traffic that was a potential safety issue. The new lines
were 13% more efficient than the previous lines.

goals and objectives.
. Led a turnaround of the printed circuit board and harness
operations improving delivery to internal customers by 65%.
Successfully transitioned harness operations to Mexico and circuit

monthly shipping and production plans and maintained a rolling 12 month
