Significant record of increasingly responsible training and administrative
related assignments with supervisory and managerial responsibilities during
my naval reserve career. Training assignments include Assistant Training
Department Head, Security Education Officer, and Anti-Terrorism Training
Officer. Private sector experience include regularly providing classroom
training to individuals and groups, creating and editing training
materials, closely coordinating with management to identify training needs
in other departments, and modifying training to adapt to changing
requirements. Graduate education in Human Resources Management provides a
background in training and development. My experience during a career with
the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office shows a proven ability to
analyze problems, gather pertinent data, recognize solutions, plan and
organize work, and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Numerous
awards and favorable evaluations chronicle a record of problem solving and
accomplishment.
