the day-to-day operation of the complex. I over 805 beds for

Student Properties- Leasing, payroll, processing invoices,

corporations a 30 million dollar company. Bruner Properties,

Sunset land Management, BK of Destin Wildlife Unlimited. I help

Plan. I handle all aspects of there businesses. I trained

employees for leasing there apartment complex, Condo rentals and

renting houses. Trained employees on collecting monies and

that I was over) Presentation to new clients. I handled all

complaints/issues for the company. I developed a budget plan.

I managed a 94-unit student Complex, Also an on call manager for

5 other student properties when managers were out. I was
