Professional Summary:
My early work history included management of small groups from 2 or 3 up to 12 to 15 employees in several businesses
dating back to 1993. These businesses ranged from planning, installing, and managing waste management/recycle
programs in school systems and college campuses in 3 states. Additionally, my career moved into the development,
construction and installation oversight of the manufacturing facilities which I designed and patented. These facilities
produced specialty “green” construction products utilizing recycled materials. I was responsible for completing the
budgets and estimates, development of supply chains as well as source discovery and purchasing. Additionally I
oversaw the installation of the manufacturing equipment, and consequently managed two R&D phases of the two
facilities. I was also responsible for field installation training for the construction products manufactured for both
residential and commercial projects. I have experience in the US as well as in China.

My work history here includes the development of MillenniumBlok® lightweight construction block and
the manufacturing facilities. I developed the budgets, raised the initial capital, went through the
Research & Development phase, acquired patents, and perfected the manufacturing processes and
methods. Set up Micro “testing” plants in Colorado Springs, CO and Panama City Beach, FL. A number
of structures were constructed to prove market acceptance and feasibility. Had responsibility for
overseeing the two R&D manufacturing facilities at all management levels including estimating and
budgets as well as trained and managed up to 12 employees. Additionally, I was responsible for installation
training for these construction products in the field for both residential and commercial projects.
o In 2008 a license was sold to a Chinese/Canadian group. Multiple trips to that region were
required to set up the plant and complete training for both the Installers and members of the
team that would be running the plant. Was able to enter North Korea with my Chinese partners
to look at the feasibility of a plant there, however after Kim Jon II passed away that possibility

specialized hall collection carts. We also completed training throughout the school for staff and students.
During that time we acquired the entire waste management contract for all 23 schools in the Floyd County
School System and 3 area college campuses. Within 2 years we acquired a management contract in
Columbus, OH, which included the setting up of 63 schools in Franklin County, OH with the campus recycling
system that we had developed in Georgia.. We were also able to secure a contract to set up the recycling
program with the Duval County schools via a grant we received to develop a procedure to recycle
polystyrene. See:
