PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Civil Service Employee Various locations and divisions (listed in

description) 1985 to 2008

Most of the positions I held with Federal Civil Service involved

material handling, organizational planning, logistics, and workflow

planning. I frequently directed the work activities of junior and senior

peers to ensure a safe and productive work environment. I have been a

change leader with an inherent flexibility to shifting priorities. I was

tasked to maintain quality customer service when situations would arise.

Through these direct contacts and training I learned to foster positive

customer relations as well as communicate expectations effectively. I have

been assigned to the Defense Depot Ogden, USAFA, Colorado Springs,

Colorado, Defense Logistic Agency, Layton, EG&G, Layton, and Hill Air Force

Base.

1985 to 1987

I was directly involved in executive level decisions and implementing

strategic plans that achieved established goals for fundraising, retention

and membership growth. I developed and maintained critical relationships

between volunteers and the local community. I led a team of three people

consist of secretary, treasurer and committee chairman of activities.

District Leader-Volunteer Church Mission

1982 to 1984

I directly supervised eight volunteer missionaries. My primary focus

was to generate appointments and discuss membership with potential leads. I

developed relationships with leads as well as fellow volunteers as I

performed sales-related processes. Also, I directed the activities of the

other eight missionaries, evaluating their performance against an

established criteria.
