Division Controller - Corporate Marketing 2004 - 2009
Managed $40M expense budget for 105 FTEs and $300M corporate advertising
budget for ad and promo expenses including contract reviews and associated

and methodologies. Lead project for positive pay-zero balance bank account
with third party media placement vendor, eliminating $150M AP

Computer: repair and refurbishment. Responsibilities include $50M annual
budget, actual and forecast P&L for computer manufacturing repair/refurb
plant concentrating on cost reduction and customer service improvements.
Implemented internal controls for out of warranty revenue collection and
reconciliation. Consolidated 3 stock rooms resulting in annual savings of
$1Mil. Discovery of duplicate accounts payable charges in excess of $800K
Increased finished goods inventory accuracy from 83% to 99.5%. Implemented
KPI production reporting.
Division Controller - Tape Storage 1997 - 2002
Data storage manufacturer: $100M revenues. Analyzed, prepared and managed
annual budget for manufacturing facility, forecast, and monthly financial
controls and reporting. Implemented cycle count system and managed multi-
million dollar inventory control and reconciliation Six Sigma Black Belt
Completion. Eliminated the need for monthly parts physical inventories by
utilizing the daily ABC cycle count functionality in the Oracle system and
increased inventory accuracy.

Accounting/Cost Manager
Biotech: startup drug delivery. Responsibilities included ESI MRP computer
implementation, corporate partner project cost and revenue appropriations,
financial statements, annual operating plan, long-range plan, annual budget
and S1 offering. Managed batch process cost accounting manufacturing
reporting. Designed and implemented multiple overhead pools based on
appropriate cost drivers.

Cost/Accounting Manager
CCTV camera manufacturer: $30M revenues. Responsible for the general
accounting, cost accounting, payroll and accounts payable departments
including government reporting (CAS) and multi-subsidiary consolidated
financial statements. Project lead resulted in bar code tracking of work in
process material movement by operation and replaced manual production time
card process with badge scanning labor tracking by operation to eliminate
no-value added and increase efficiencies and accuracy. TQM instructor.
