Mr. Harrington has over twenty-five years experience in the finance,
IS, energy and consulting industry. He has worked in a breadth of
roles including system integration, economic modeling, performance
modeling, engineering, contracts, business and strategic planning,
finance and economic analysis, internal controls, acquisitions and re-
structuring and construction with companies throughout the nation. He
has worked in senior management in large corporations and in start-up
companies. He also provides support to executive management in
consulting and expert roles.

construction and excavation company.
SmartSynch, Inc. (2006-2007) VP Finance, Responsible for finance and
accounting functions for this company providing wireless metering
technologies for the electric power industry in North America
including Canada and South America.
InvestLinc Private Equity, LLC (2004-2006) Managing Director and Fund
Manager, Responsible for fund management and investment
recommendations for the InvestLinc MidSouth Fund and Anchor
Management. Prepared application and submittals for the MidContinent
SBIC, LP (a US Government backed small business debenture investment
company).
Mississippi Technology Alliance (2001-2004), VP & Treasurer, Founding
officer of the Technology Alliance and responsible for treasury,
finance and accounting functions. Also responsible for direct
interaction with client companies in the areas of capital formation,
structuring, analysis, business valuation. The Technology Alliance
continues to be the primary organization for science and technology-
based economic development for the State of Mississippi.
Becon Services, Inc. (1998-2004), Owner and President, Management
consulting company providing acquisition, analysis, financial
modeling, valuation, structuring, negotiation, strategy and
implementation services for energy and other companies seeking growth
and expansion. This included the first private purchase of a nuclear
generating facility in the US and the formation of competitive private
nuclear generating companies in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania,
Mississippi and Wisconsin.
Entergy Corporation (1993 - 1997), VP Business Systems & Information,
VP & General Auditor, Responsible for development and implementation
of enterprise-wide business and executive management systems,
accounting source systems, software, processes and staff including
corporate payables, payroll and management accounting systems.
Responsible for internal controls, auditing and risk management for
domestic regulated energy businesses and all unregulated energy, power
trading businesses world-wide for Entergy Corporation.
Entergy Operations and affiliated companies (1979 - 1995), Director,
Business Services, Responsible for strategic planning, business
planning, budgets, rates and rate regulation, economic modeling,
forward projections and goals. Annual budgets in excess of $800
million, operating in five regulatory jurisdictions. Responsible for
related sale/leaseback financings in excess of $100 million and other
fuel financings in excess of $50 million. Mr. Harrington served a
number of Entergy companies including, Mississippi Power & Light,
System Energy Resources and Entergy Operations in a variety of
positions including engineering, finance, rate regulation, business
planning, accounting, strategic planning, IS/IT, internal controls and
risk management, fuel cycle management and contracts management.
Mr. Harrington has also served on private company boards; university
advisory boards at Mississippi State University and Jackson State
University; and has held CIA certification from the Institute of IIA.
He is currently Chairman of the Madison County Economic Development
Authority and on the board of the Madison County Business League.
