Partner with college administrators to support all aspects of Human

Resource strategy and management. Deliver superior customer service to

achieve client satisfaction in meeting their Human Resource needs.

Cultivate and foster a collaborative relationship with departments in

addressing human resource issues. Counsel Managers on human resource

Consult with clients in the planning stages of compensation proposals such

as reclassifications, salary adjustments, supplemental compensation, etc.

Guide department managers and employees through the job evaluation/audit

process.

Consult and communicate compensation programs, including the annual merit

process, to departments. Consult and review recommendations for annual

merit increases. Provide guidance to managers on preliminary compensation

issues.

Advise management and staff on leave of absence requests, paid time off and

appropriate documentation.

Manage leave of absence process in compliance with FMLA.

Work with department managers to achieve appropriate staffing. Ensure

compliance with state and federal employment laws. Assist c in gathering

information and preparing responses to EEOC and FLSA complaints.

In conjunction with the college administrators work with departments to

achieve and maintain diverse representation by way of position utilization

analysis.

Develop and deliver Human Resource related employee training to address

departmental needs. Identify training gaps and performance needs. Assess

and create training plan. Monitor training needs of college faculty and

staff.

Proficient in all areas of EEO/Title VII compliance including expertise in

investigating and formally responding to Title VII charges; experience with

Affirmative Action compliance.
