Edm wire or electric discharge wire machine : (Tamiya japan and
Philippines)
Edm heads making from 2d instruction transfer it to autocad or fanuc
software, make the program and transfer it to the machine
Making and machining of pieceblocks parting line
Making and machining smooth and final hole ejector pin and design hole
final of .002 mm allowances
Making and machining punch and die
Making multiple holes by using edm drill
Edm sinker or electric discharge wire machine: (Tamiya japan and
phillippines)
Set up and allign piecblocks
Set up and align edm head from cnc and wire
Get the home position

I am Richard s. Jacaban tool and die maker, I have 6 years of experience in
making of mold especially in the field of edm wire and edm die sinker, I
operate 6 edm machine 2 of them are mithsubishi and 4 of them are sodick
and I also operate 2 wire cut machine or edw one fanuc robocut type and the
other one is sodick..I was highly trained by the Japanese mold maker at the
same time working in japan. I currently working in Mark Two Engineering as
a wire edm operator, 1 funac wire machine and 1 agie wire machine,
I would like to be considered for the position of edm
operator.I know how to be a team player,I can work with less supervision, I
can handle 6 edm machines running at the same time, I was a leader in edm
section in my country, and I would enjoy being a part of you team..you can
