exceeds $250 million. Responsibilities include all aspects of financial reporting and
management, significant accomplishments include:
Restructuring of the Company’s senior debt financing including the

deferment of $19 million in payments over a two year period.
Implemented ERP solution which shortened the financial reporting
•
cycle by two days.
Revised Risk Management Program including negotiation of all insurance

coverage resulting in a premium savings in excess of $200,000 annually.
• Successfully negotiated motor fuel tax settlement with the State of Michigan
resulting in savings in excess of $125,000 to Company.
• Integrated Renewable Identification Number (RIN’s) reporting system into
existing ERP solution in conjunction with Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS)
