Manage and oversee financial operations of this ethanol manufacturer whose revenue

exceeds $250 million. Responsibilities include all aspects of financial reporting and

management, significant accomplishments include:

Restructuring of the Company’s senior debt financing including the

deferment of $19 million in payments over a two year period.

Implemented ERP solution which shortened the financial reporting

cycle by two days.

Revised Risk Management Program including negotiation of all insurance

coverage resulting in a premium savings in excess of $200,000 annually.

• Successfully negotiated motor fuel tax settlement with the State of Michigan

resulting in savings in excess of $125,000 to Company.

• Integrated Renewable Identification Number (RIN’s) reporting system into

existing ERP solution in conjunction with Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS)

reporting requirements.

Manage and oversee financial operations and acquisitions in the states of Indiana, Ohio,

and Kentucky with twenty four offices for this organization which whose total revenue

exceeded $150 million. Also performed special project assignments for corporate offices.

Significant accomplishments include:

Integrated the Financial and Operational systems of over 20 locations which were

obtained through acquisition.

Analyzed acquisition candidates for Metropolitan Title for all regions (over 50 in

total including 30 locations which were successfully acquired), and assisted in

negotiations of Indiana Region acquisitions.

Implemented cash management procedures related to the Company’s escrow

accounting function resulting in combined increases in investment income and

reduction of bank fees in excess of $100,000 per annum.

Developed and managed budget system for all “Indiana Region” offices in addition

to developing budgets for all “Illinois and Wisconsin Region” offices.

which resulted in revenue increasing from $11 million to $23 million annually. Significant

Restructured capital component of Company, raising $10 million in venture capital

funding.

Implemented an integrated Point of Sale and financial reporting system, providing

comparable data and reducing month end close time by 30%.

Directed and administered the Company’s Human Resource function including

benefit programs (health insurance, 401(k) plan, and incentive plans) for over 800

employees.

Consolidated the Company’s cash management function which resulted in a

combined increase in interest income and decrease in bank fees is excess of
