. Managed a cross-functional project team through the system development

life cycle to create an enterprise-wide centralized Enterprise

Dictionary (Casewise) and Enterprise Repository using Oracle DB w/

Streams to relieve (17) production systems from the burden of report

generation and adhoc queries. This resulted in a decision to change

the recommended technology since the team identified instabilities in

the technology that would have crippled the company during production.

. Managed multiple small power industry projects at the same time for a

period of 7months contributing to a reduction in strategic project

list backlog.

. Managed a 15-person cross-functional team through the full system

development life cycle, for a previously failed project, to replace

hardware and implement a web enabled, enterprise-wide, employee time-

reporting module addition to the Oracle E-business ERP suite. The

project was completed on time, under budget and resulted in payroll

efficiencies.

. Participated in a Process Improvement Change Advisory Board which

provided templates and guidelines for the Project Development Cycle.

of the project to configure Charge Codes (150) for a new power market
