prospective customers such as Ruud, Baldor, and Planters. The calls

were setup in one-hour intervals with three other salesmen meeting

with buyers in pairs to announce our moving into the market area.

Specialized Training:

. Miller Distributor - Week long distributor education class in Duncan,

OK. We discussed the different welding processes and the Miller

machines designed to complete the processes. We completed hands on

sessions in GTAW, GMAW, SMAW. Troubleshooting common problems of the

different processes and solutions for customer needs.

. Victor Equipment - Attended a week long distributor session at Victor

Mfg. in Denton, TX. Classroom training with hands on demonstrations of

cutting and industrial gas distribution equipment.
