Cameron Drilling and Production Systems, Subsea - Houston-Texas - to

Present.

Lead Project Planner working as the Master Planner using Primavera 6

for the following projects:

- BP Golf of Mexico Deep water Frame Agreement - Subsea $200+million

EPM Project. This 10 year work had the complexity that

the scope was increasing in time as new WPR were

released. Starting with 5 WPR and at present a total of

15.

- PDVSA Mariscal Sucre Project Dragon Field Development.

$175+million EPM Project with a Daisy chain Layout.

Assisting planner at the start of the projects to help the Master

Scheduler in order to accelerate the schedule

development compressing the schedules from the Plants

and integrating them to the Master Schedule:

- USAN Deep Water Development Project (Total/ Elf Petroleum Nigeria

Limited and Cameron) $483+million EPM AC, C, PC, SU

Project. Also worked in the Progress Measurement

system.

- HUSKY (North Amethyst). 380+million Also assistance designing the

WBS and the necessary code system to produce the

different reporting levels.

Accomplishments

- Developed a comprehensive project WBS that was taken as a model for

all the Corporative Subsea Projects and included in the

standard procedures.

- Reviewed the Planning and Scheduling procedures suggesting

modifications as appropriate, before releasing as

approved.

1994 - 2004 Independent Project Consultant

Hired by variety of corporations, consortiums and consulting firms on

project-by-project basis in multiple industrial

environments throughout Venezuela. Responsible for

project Scheduling and Control, logistics, contract

administration, bids, cost control, financial and

management reporting, documentation, marketing, public

presentations, human resources, invoicing, forecasting,

client liaison, and organizational/administrative

support.

-Sadeven Industrias C.A.: Project Planning and Scheduling Coordinator on

multiple projects including $100+ million project to

construct electricity transmission lines and

substations in six cities for consortium of public and

private companies including PDVSA, ABB, Cerro Negro,

Petrozuata, Sincor, Lasmo, Inelectra, and Edelca

-Yanes & Asociados: Worked on various engineering, construction,

operations, maintenance and environmental projects.

Organized and managed Cost Control Department,

prepared financial reports, monitored project labor

costs, and coordinated development of ISO-9000

documents. Also coordinated organizational logistics,

contractual documents, bids and tenders, technical

assistance and promotional activities for

British/Venezuelan Petroleum Industry Joint Venture

(Yanes - Franklin & Andrews) for the CONTRINA.

-Nouel Ingenieros Consultores: Planning Department Manager, Project

Scheduler and Contract Administrator for multiple

Marine Engineering and Construction Projects including

administrative support, labor cost and budget control,

and engineering planning for construction of service

docks, port structures, deep water terminals and other

marine facilities. Corporate clients included Corpoven

S.A., Maraven/Conoco, Lagoven/Inelectra and Venezuela

Extra Heavy Oil Project (VEHOP).

-Inelmeca: Planning Project Manager on $300 million construction and

engineering project to develop electricity compression

plants for PDVSA Gas.
