• Legal secretarial duties and responsibilities in connection with civil and criminal litigation over a span of
more than 25 years in Illinois, California and Nevada – Preparation of legal documents, filings, discovery,
pleadings, briefs, wills, trusts, correspondence, calendar and scheduling responsibilities, trial preparation,
etc. Word processing and tape transcription of legal documents, court hearings, hearings, etc.
• General duties of office manager in small law office – Hired and supervised staff, established policies and
procedures, maintained and purchased all office equipment and supplies; handled/negotiated all contracts.
