TECHNICAL CONSULTANT - Victoria's Secret (2002 - 2009)
Led the transition team that converted application at Lane Bryant to
Charming Shoppe when the business was sold. Selected as point person for
all order processing and merchandise tracking application at Victoria
Secret. Served as the project lead for the DTC project at Victoria's
Secret responsible for converting mainframe applications to AS/400.
. Instrumental in the development of ARS (Automatic Return System) which
resulted in $1.5M profit in the first quarter of implementation.
. Designed and developed package tracking and delivery confirmation system
that improved delivery accuracy by more than 15%
. Redesigned the invoice and the order processing system that resulted in

Managed a team of 12 direct reports, supporting applications used at Lane
Bryant. Responsible for the day-to-day technical support and enhancements
for customer applications, including 24x7 production while simultaneously
supporting data conversion to support the Y2K systems upgrade.
. Enhanced the Replenishment application (INFOREM) which saved the company
more than $300,000 in application upgrade.
