. January-February, 2010 - Hired and trained new terminal manager and
mechanic for Oskaloosa, Ia. terminal.
. December, 2009 - Coordinated contractor to excavate and apply rock to
lot and moved in to newly built permanent truck terminal/shop in
Oskaloosa, Ia.
. October, 2009 - Fit end dump trailers with automatic roll tarp systems
and cab actuated end gate releases to reduce workers compensation
claims and increase efficiency of delivery times.
. August, 2009 - Researched, developed and installed calcium chloride
tank and injection system for end dump trailers to prevent frozen
product in trailer for winter use.
. July, 2009 - Took on sharing hands-on dispatching duties with Ely, Ia.
Terminal manager to reduce overhead due to previous dispatcher
resigning.
. March, 2009 - Established temporary truck repair shop in Oskaloosa,
Ia. equipped shop with tools, Hired mechanic.
. October, 2008 - Established new truck terminal and terminal manager in

. September, 2008 - Moved drivers back to Cedar Rapids area, temporarily
hauling product from alternate location at ADM.
. July, 2008 - Coordinated the implementation of new Coal hauling
contract for Cargill in Eddyville, Ia., Implemented S.O.P. and Safety
measures above Cargill compliance requirements. Developed, lead and
maintained monthly conference calls with Corporate Cargill and
Eddyville facility contacts on status of Coal hauling.
. July, 2008 - Set up tractors and new End Dump trailers with wet-kits,
hired 9 new drivers and trained them on equipment use,
. June, 2008 - Temporarily relocated drivers to the Blair, Ne. area from
Cedar Rapids to retain them as employees during the Eastern Iowa flood
. May, 2008 - Reduced repair cost at Eastern Iowa facilities by 60%
since January, 2008.
. March, 2008 - Identified and immediately rectified obscene repair cost
in Eastern Iowa operations of 70k per month for previous months.
Directly dealt with and negotiated all pricing with vendors for
equipment repairs and parts on a permanent basis and training of
terminal manager to be qualified to do the same.
. January-February, 2008 - Trained for 8 weeks on STS/Cargill
operational procedures, traveling to multiple locations to learn
facility layout and entry procedures and dispatch software operation.
