for a variety of market sectors including aerospace, medical, computer/high
tech, automotive, sports & recreational, and marine sectors
Developed custom software for many applications: batch post processing,
multi-surface machining and automatic parting line generation.
Developed custom software to create airfoil shapes for a family of 12 fan
blades
June 1982 - January 1985 RONNINGEN RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
CAD / CAM Operator for one of the earliest adopters of CAD CAM
technologies, specialized in helping Fortune 100 and 500 OEM's primarily
in the aerospace, medical, telecommunications, and computer/electronics
industries reduce the "Time-to-Market" window.
Designed injection molded prototype parts/assemblies, with direct customer
input and independently
Designed and CNC programmed prototype injection molds for a variety of
market sectors.
On a critical "rush" program, completely designed & CNC programmed a tool
which was completed (including machining) in 24 hours.
