ACCOMPLISHMENTS
. LED project to convert and enhance Lifecycle Product Line Planning
application for Hewlett-Packard. Developed business opportunity
definition; worked with stakeholders and application users to derive
requirements and derive functional specifications; defined two projects,
one for a conversion the other for a new technology upgrade; used a
bidding process to recruit and launch first project to timely completion
using sound project management principles; participated in unit/product
testing; gained user acceptance and coordinated successful release to
production; developed prototype application used as proof of concept for
technology upgrade project; worked with EAs to get concurrence on
data/security models planned for technology upgrade project. Results:
Successful completion of conversion and delivery of working prototype

cross-functional release core teams, software fix/waiver teams, track
program using software defect log, risk and issues log, change log, QA

release to release trend analysis reporting used for release process
improvements. Results: Each release program was delivered on time and on

. MANAGED the PLC Tool Conversion Project for the HP Imaging Planning
Group. Identified key Business stakeholders; lead stakeholder team
through feasibility, high level scoping and statement of work process;
gained acceptance and buy-in from management and portfolio managers;
selected technical team, built work breakdown structure, control
documentation, instrumentation SharePoint and project plan; led project
execution, monitoring and controls through team meetings, issue
resolution meetings and weekly progress dashboards; worked with lead
application architect to derive new prototype for follow-up project; led
project closure by gaining user acceptance through UAT sign-off;
archiving all artifacts and documenting lessons learned for PMO and

Upgraded a suite of PMO tools to meet the needs of the business in the
NonStop division. This assignment consisted of performing a gap analysis
that examined the features provided by the tools and the requirements set
by the PMO. Having established the scope of the project that would bridge
the gap, I provided an estimate of work and was assigned the task of
developing the new set of tools. The project was delivered on time with the
desired set of features and repairs as estimated. My contract was extended
with a new assignment as developer for the CRIS project. I was given
specifications for an application that converted textural documents into a
set of predefined tables that were part of larger application used for
releasing production builds of the NSK operating system.

Managed three releases of the NonStop operating system. The position was
focused on leading cross-functional technology teams while following a
rigorous project methodology supported by the Project Management Office.
