for all general and cost accounting activities for a 200 million

dollar publicly held giftware distribution company. Functional

areas included AP, payroll, cost accounting, inventory, fixed

assets, internal audit, royalties, commissions, planning, and

financial reporting for multiple locations including a facility

in Hong Kong.

Participated as a core team member in the implementation of a

full ERP system (PeopleSoft), serving as module owner for

billing, cost accounting, and inventory (standard cost system)

Implemented a complete channel/brand financial reporting system

Implemented Sarbanes-Oxley controls in the finance area, working

with a consulting group and external auditors
