a $6M direct annual budget and $21M indirect budget, maintaining fixed
assets valued at $12M including 12.2 miles of track and 960 tank cars.
Involved in project management, strategic planning, customer interfaces,
vendor and carrier negotiations and management, site reengineering and
downsizing.
