throughput of $80M. Directed over 19,000 truck, 12,000 rail and 300 ship

and barge shipments and receipts annually valued at over $1.3B. Controlled

a $6M direct annual budget and $21M indirect budget, maintaining fixed

assets valued at $12M including 12.2 miles of track and 960 tank cars.

Involved in project management, strategic planning, customer interfaces,

vendor and carrier negotiations and management, site reengineering and

downsizing.

. Improved on-time delivery from 83% to 98% by developing and

implementing improved planning and management systems and processes.
