Sales and Engineering Manager

Manage Sales and Customer Account functions for the division. Manage

Process Engineering activities and requirements. Primary objectives are

to increase sales in existing and new business markets. Responsibilities

. Negotiate Blanket Orders for tooling to reduce inventory, improve

profitability and reduce expedited manufacturing orders.

. Review Gross Margin Profitability for product type and customer

accounts.

machinery, manpower and continuous improvement in reduction of lead

times and cost reductions. Review job manufacturing costs for value

added return for profitability compared to estimated return at the

time of order.

ISO 9001 program.

. Develop production schedules, coordinate steel deliveries and

tooling requirements to support a production forming operation

producing over 4 million parts a year.
