aspects of daily manufacturing operations to include production,
engineering, capital project management, shipping and receiving, and

. Instrumental in growth of Texas Operations from 13 employees and a
small alkyl phenol production unit that manufactured one product
generating the least income of four divisions, to become a plant with
employing 150 individuals and recognized as the most profitable in the
division. Surpassed other operating units of SI in size and earnings;

Process Engineer / Project Manager - Texas Operations Manufacturing Site:
Served as a trusted engineer, troubleshooter, and administrator and
respected mentor to personnel. Created PFD's, P&ID's, sized equipment and
checked column simulations. Reviewed drawings such as piping, instrument,
electrical, foundations, equipment specs, etc. Designed and built
instrument air compressors, incinerators, dust collectors, sand filters,
and waste water treatment projects. Chemistry involved mainly alkylations,
transalkylations and methylation. Instrumental in the engineering and
construction of eight alkyl phenol production units. Trained in all daily
functions of the Texas Operation site.
. Instrumental in the construction, supervision, equipment check-out,
configurations of TDC-2000/3000 and start-up. All projects completed
within budget and ahead of schedule and met or exceeded design
production capacities. Trained in all daily functions of the Texas
Operations manufacturing site.
. As the sole engineer onsite, led all engineering aspects of the
petrochemical site including production related problem solving,
process and project engineering.
