dozen foundries in China to have the castings,

I worked with the customers engineering and sales

groups to assure good casting design and the best

start-up times. Worked and traveled with sales

managers as technical support. Did the trouble

shooting on all of the high scrap jobs by

investigating the process and determining the root

causes. I was responsible for the foundry

engineering group consisting of two CAD engineers,

a tooling design engineer, a pattern shop

supervisor and 25 pattern shop personnel. I

layouts.
