Employment History
FUCAPI, Project Manager [July 2006 - February 2009]
Managed a project based in workflows with approvals for entry and exit control of
employers in the company. Using this system the supervisors could know exactly how many
requests where in the approval process, which requests were approved or denied, how many
employers where out of the building, how many employers would be working in a certain
time frame, for how long and why.
Managed a project composed develop an user authentication security system written in
Java (J2EE). Using this system administrators could manage authentication and
authorization for many users and groups by establishing levels of permission and
applying security policies like user access history and user operation logs. This system
was also able to block and unblock user access to networks, emails and other
web-applications in order to permit access to authorized users only.
Responsible for the management of project communications, scope, risk, integration,
quality, time and costs based on CMMi and PMBOK models and practices and using tools
such as MS Project to control the budget and schedules and CVS to control the versions
of the documents we were creating.
Managed a team of 10 partners responsible for the development, support and maintenance
of all the internal systems of FUCAPI.
Coached a team using SCRUM framework for the development of web-applications.
