Using MODAPTS develop equipment and employee requirement for program.

Create PFEMA and maintain for JK program. Write technical

specification, request for quotes and purchase orders, while

maintaining budget in the procurement of JK capital and customer

assembly tooling. Develop and implement process to enable simultaneous

builds of TJ and JK seats. Work with safety and ergonomics teams to

deliver safe equipment, with zero ergonomic concerns.

Plant Manufacturing Engineer on TJ Seat Line move from Taylor, MI to

Northwood

Create and maintain detailed timeline for assembly line move. Develop

plant footprint and layout for the build line and shipping systems.

Develop, implement and maintain IT systems and processes for move.

Work with plant operations team to develop operator description

sheets. Develop training plan for Northwood maintenance team. Work

with moving contractors to verify safe movement and placement of

production critical equipment.

Manufacturing Engineer

Maintain and improve operations on the instrument panel assembly line,

introducing new methods and procedures. Investigate operational

problems affecting production and implement resolutions. Prepare and
