Managed the development, progress and fulfillment of marketing and external
communications plans and tactics. Led cross-matrix project teams consisting

Editorial, E-mail, Event Marketing and Web Services areas.
. Led the first global survey outreach to over 500 clients for the newly

Managed all aspects of the print production and fulfillment for Macy's
Corporate Marketing Division, including estimating costs, evaluating
project proposals, creative services, pre-press, printing and distribution
for Macy's corporate branding initiative.
. Spearheaded the development, production and fulfillment of Macy's 1st
ever commemorative "magalogue", a 50-page, 6-color signature magazine.
Completed production approximately 5% under budget.
. Managed the national rebranding of all packaging elements for 850
locations. Facilitated color standards, materials analysis, quantity and
timing of delivery. Produced budget estimate for production of
10MM+ pieces.
. Produced in-store displays and catalog artwork for the 5 major seasonal
event promotions - Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Back-to-
School and Holiday.

. Produced 1st ever multi-dimensional corporate branding kit for outside
agency that was distributed to senior management and shareholders.
. Coordinated multi-element advertising kits, product launches, point of
