Education
I currently have a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a double
minor in Human Resource and Marketing. I was also on the Dean's list while
attending Franklin.
Technology
I have worked with many different computer applications including Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, etc. I have never been intimidated when learning
new systems and programs. I am a fast learner and I enjoy working on
computers. I welcome the opportunity to learn and work with new programs
and I tend to learn my way around them quickly.
Marketing/Design
While I haven't yet had a marking position, I believe I've acquired skills
that show my creativity and interest in doing so. I have been self
promoting a CD I recently put out and also started a small jewelry
business. I market myself as an artist on Myspace, Facebook, and have made
flyers and business cards to help promote myself. My hobbies will also show
my passion of designing and being creative.
Personnel Skills
I believe I have the personnel skills to be beneficial to my employer. I've
had a lot of experience with customer service working in the service
industry for 5 years and then working in an HR position at Krupp, both
requiring to me to interact with different kinds of people and
personalities all day.
Human Resources
I've currently been working as a Human Resource Specialist where I've been
built up to responsibilities such as interviewing, new hire paperwork,
training, FMLA, and additional responsibilities which I believe have helped
me grow and learn an exceptional amount. At this point, I am ready to take
on more.
Job Performance
I consider myself a fast paced and efficient worker. I've always been known
to get the job done and on time. I am well organized and search for ways to
make a process more efficient if possible. I am always willing to learn
from my mistakes to better myself as a worker. I constantly strive for
excellence and maintain professionalism in all I do.
