Handle sensitive invoicing, bank routing numbers, wire transfer

information, employee and visitor badges, status of client payments,

and reconcile bank errors and Vendor issues through Quick Books.

- Maintain files, draft email compositions and updates to Employee ID

reference list. Responsible for computerized transfer of calls, location

at all times of any key member of management, and seamless connective

service to all customer and service representative needs.

relevant software applications, of customer service principles and
