highest level of independence. This was accomplished through eight retail
stores and two manufacturing facilities owned by Sandusky Bay Area
Goodwill.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER: Managed accounting functions for non-profit
manufacturer and retailer generating annual sales in excess of $4 million.
Accountability extended to financial statements, cash flow analysis, and
management of a line of credit. As management team member, participated in
strategic planning, including expense forecasting, tax planning, and cash
management/investment strategies. Interfaced with lenders and auditors.
Reported directly to CEO and Board of Directors. Promoted from Director of
Accounting/MIS in January 1999.

BOOKKEEPER/CONTRACTOR: Responsible for payroll, accounts payable and
receivable. Filed all federal/state taxes. Duties included reading
blueprints to layout foundations, construct framework, and general labor:
concrete finishing and start to finish construction of homes and industrial
buildings.
