electronics, operator interface systems, membrane switch integration, PCB

CONTROLLER/SENIOR BUYER: Hired to replace retiring employee with 35 years

experience in the electronics purchasing and office management. Duties

stores and two manufacturing facilities owned by Sandusky Bay Area

Goodwill.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER: Managed accounting functions for non-profit

manufacturer and retailer generating annual sales in excess of $4 million.

Accountability extended to financial statements, cash flow analysis, and

management of a line of credit. As management team member, participated in

strategic planning, including expense forecasting, tax planning, and cash

management/investment strategies. Interfaced with lenders and auditors.

Accounting/MIS in January 1999.

receivable. Filed all federal/state taxes. Duties included reading

blueprints to layout foundations, construct framework, and general labor:

concrete finishing and start to finish construction of homes and industrial

buildings.
