I am an Information Science Engineer (Bachelor of Engineering) and a
Masters in Finance (MBA) with 7.5 Years of Experience (1.5 Years in UAE)
in Finance related roles. Currently, I am working with Olive Group as
their Group Financial Analyst in Dubai, UAE with prior experience in
financial planning and analysis at Target Corporation and Deloitte Touch .
I have performed diverse roles spanning project design, transition,

Olive Group is a leading, global provider of integrated risk mitigation solutions
to multinational corporations, governments, non-governmental organizations and
private individuals. As a Group Financial Analyst (reporting to the CFO) my role
involves building Group Wide budgets (spanning multiple countries), preparing and
releasing the financials and performing variance analysis for the firm along with
monitoring cash flow, outstanding receivables (following with department heads) and
ad hoc reporting for the senior management by improving their existing financial

Planning & Analysis team works on Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Projects and
Processes for Headcount Governance, Pre Opening, Supply Chain Finance and Hourly
Payroll (for existing stores and New Store Openings), working closely with the
Executive Leadership team.

Headcount Governance is the method in which different forms of Human Capital in the
