Conducted PLC Implementation training for the maintenance department for Borg Warner Thermal Systems in

Fletcher NC. This included training materials, on hands facilitation and one on one training.

Upgraded four 50 ton compression molding machines from relay based control to PLC control, including new

pneumatic design on existing systems.

Upgraded four injection molding machines from and octal based control to a new PLC based control with HMI

interfaces.

Created original PLC program for 12 station assembly line. Design line interface with Visual Basic 6.0 for SCADA

and line control.

Upgraded control for 700 ton cold chamber die cast machine, from relay control to PLC control with Windows based

HMI using VB 6.0.

Upgraded 10 800 ton cold chamber die cast machines from old GE Logic 45 control to new PLC control with

Windows based HMI using VB 6.0.

Changed 5 800 ton cold chamber die cast machines Series Six PLC control to GE Fanuc 90 30 control with Windows

based HMI using VB 6.0.

Integrated two die cast cells with Kawasaki robots for machine loading and unloading. Designed cell layout and PLC

control for multiple machines including Window based HMI using VB 6.0

Upgraded controls on two(2) evaporators for GE Lighting Systems Die Cast Facility from Series One PLC control to
