Sales Leadership / Business Development / Sales Team Turnaround /
Corporate Sales
Introduction
As a deeply networked executive and sales team leader with over 20 years
of sales and 9 years of leadership experience, my history demonstrates a
track record of top performance both in sales team
leadership/development as well as superior sales performance. My
success is a result of many years of relationship development, my
entrepreneurial nature, and my drive to succeed. My success with sales
development is based on a consultative/educational approach while my
leadership success is based on a "lead by example" style of direction.
Experience
Triad Construction, Inc. (West Allis, WI)
December 2009 - May 2010
Vice President of Sales
Developed relationships with existing and new clientele that eventually
lead to having Triad Construction, Inc. provide construction services
for either their existing facilities or assisting with the design-build
method for their new faciltities.
Top achievements:
. I put them in the position for two major projects which had a total
anticipated sale of 47 million.
. I created the opportunity to propose approximately $500,000.00 worth
of new construction projects.
CJ & Associates, Inc. (New Berlin, WI)

Sales Manager ICR (Construction) Division, July 2007 - December 2009
This position consists of a wide array of responsibilities at this
family owned Design/Build/Furnish Commercial Interiors Contractor. My
sales territory included the Milwaukee and Madison construction market
while managing of a diverse group of veterans and rookies.
To achieve top performance I needed to demonstrate, in a lead-by-example
approach, the importance of effective sales strategies, client
management, and negotiations while concurrently networking to develop a
solid pipeline and offering top-quality "service after the sale" to
existing clients.
. Two of the successful results of this approach to sales and
service included closing on the largest combined construction and
furniture project, and closing the largest sales month in the
company's history.
Sales Manager Commercial Division, July 2004 - December 2009
In this role, I was responsible for leading a combined veteran/rookie
sales team as well as being a producer in all facets of the
organization. A key focus was pipeline development and management as
well as lead assignments to team members. Overall networking for
company growth and servicing an existing book of business was also a
very high priority throughout my tenure in this position. By working
more as a "player/coach", I was able to accomplish a variety of personal
highlights including:
. Growing the furniture division's quotations by 30+% and sales by
20%+ in three years.
. Formulating and implementing an ICR (Interior Construction &
Remodeling) Division in 2005 while continuing to lead a sales
team. The result was allowing the company to increase their full
service capability.
. Hired and trained two new sales people from outside the industry
that both excelled in their quest to reach their sales goals each
year.
