6. Primary duties entailed total operating control of operations.
7. Single & Multi-unit experience, oversaw all aspects for as many as six
(6) bowling centers consisting of 248 lane beds grossing $8,500,000 per
year. (1996)
8. Establishment of fixed and variable cost annual operating budgets.
Including all income of bowling, food and beverage, vending machines,
video games, and misc. revenues. Plus, forecasting all expenses in all
categories, i.e. payroll and all related operating expenses.
9. Auditing of financial records, P&L and coordination of profitable

10. Authorization of purchases, inventory controls and disbursement of
payroll.
11. Supervised maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings, related
in-house equipment, and cleanliness of operations and remodeling.
