reviewing, processing and distributing contract drawings, review any potential cost changes base
on new SI or Delta’s and submit a cost proposal or VE, issue field work directive, review
conservatively/process submittals in Structural/MEP/Fire Sprinkler-Alarm system that complies
in contract drawings & specs and LEED compliance, mass excavation and tracking trip ticket for
payments, coordinate and proposed a best solutions for any potential field issues in conflict with
the contract drawings to engineers of record, generate RFI’s, documents daily field
activities/accomplishment/updates and issues that need to discuss during the owners/AOR’s

the entire course of the construction for all structural activities and documentations includes;
daily inspection with the corps of engineer representative, submit concrete design mix base on
contract specification, prepare pre-pouring checklist for approval before concrete pouring,
monitor properly for all rebar placements, critical spacing & concrete cover, review mill
certificates every delivery of rebar, closely inspect all bulk rebar loadings & staging place
properly above ground, check form elevations & stability & stripping, check all admixtures and
curing compound per manufacturers recommendation, monitor properly of 3rd party handling
concrete samples to curing & breaking per ACI code standards, daily inspection of
exterior/interior rated cmu installation/rebar placement & grouting and monitor/submit prism test
result, make sure shop drawing used in field approved and have stamped for construction, inspect

subcontractor, analyze subcontractor bids, participate site visit, attend pre bid meetings. Prepare
close-out documentations such as electronic as built and help imposed safety standard.
