- Selection, design and implementation of the Credit Authorization
Transaction Network. This network carries 80 million POS transactions
per year. The platform utilizes MCI ResponseNet X.25 Network and IBM
RISC 6000s connected via token ring to an IBM Host.
- Managed PBX/Host Gateway installation, integrating an AT&T Definity
PBX and IBM 3090 Host for CTI applications.
- Implemented new communications systems for Westerville location to
include AT&T Definity G2 (1200 agents), AT&T 3B2 CMS, IBM 3174
controllers (30), MCI DS3s and Syntellect IVRs (20).
