Responsible for Inventory and Logistics for the Alltel Wireless U
Prepaid and Post Paid Handsets in all Big Box channels (Wal-Mart,
Target, & Best Buy). Job duties included, working with various Big Box
Buyers and Replenishment Managers to ensure proper inventory levels in
all stores, as well as monitor an overall In-Stock percentage for each
product. Provided each retailer with new product set up, forecasts,
and various other reports and worked closely with various handset
manufacturers (LG, Samsung and Motorola) to ensure that timely and
accurate shipments are met to packaging vendors. Held weekly status
calls with each vendor to discuss future shipments and arrival times.
Run daily, weekly, & monthly sales and inventory reports and created
multiple monthly forecasts to provide to various internal groups, as
well as any Big Box Replenishment Managers as necessary. Created and

Maintain close working relationship with outside packaging vendors, as

Duties consisted of managing, purchasing, sales, billing, collections
and overall finances of the business. Acted as
primary point of contact for all matters relating to the business.
Prepared monthly and yearly budgets and evaluated payroll and overhead
expenses for the business. Maintained good relationships with many
builders, painters and contractors in order to get and retain their
business. Inspected approximately twenty- five job sites on a weekly
basis checking for quality assurance, compliance of materials and
