DIRECTED PROJECT, DEMONSTRATING ADDITIONAL IT SERVICE OPTIONS AND OBTAINING
CUSTOMER BUY-IN. EXCEEDED CLIENT EXPECTATIONS AND FACILITATED ON-GOING
SERVICE PROVIDER CONTRACT WORTH $9.5M ANNUALLY.
Cut Costs with Effective Business Solutions. Cost of inaccurate inventory
records at FujiFilm Medical was unacceptable. Assessed options and
developed RFP for 25 vendors. Evaluated Forecast and Demand Planning
applications, leading team in selection. Negotiated contract and supervised
implementation, saving $5M annually.
Developed Compliance Documentation, Enabling Product Marketing. FujiFilm
Medical lacked FDA compliance necessary to market medical device. Developed
and produced process and procedure documentation to meet FDA Regulation
21C, ensuring compliance. Allowed opening of North American market and
annual sales of $35M.
Turned Single ERP Project into Seven Year Profit Center. Modis Solutions
had contract with Ericsson for an ERP project. Seized opportunity to
broaden scope of project to include software and documentation development
with application training. Took contract to seven year commitment, boosting
revenue $19M.
Implemented Cost-Saving Travel Expense Application. FujiFilm Medical
Systems was crippled by under-deployed reimbursement application (Concur).
Completed deployment and increased functionality. Established an on-going
training program, assuring operation, policy enforcement and
accountability. Cut thousands in annual costs
