Team Leader/ Department Manager for Super Target-
Managed the jewelry, lingerie, accessories and Men’s departments. Core roles included maintaining
all departments by keeping them professionally organized, stocked, signed and labeled. Other duties
included: plano-gramming (dept setup), opening and closing procedures, interviewing, training new
team members, scheduling, and managing up to 25 team members including a jewelry specialist and
cosmetics captain. I was also responsible for inventory research management and setup and take down
of weekly ads. I worked closely with vendors to maintain product as well as wrote up and
administered performance reviews. My duties also included completing quality midday and nightly
recovery zones, corrected unticketed items and items that needed marking down. I set up rain checks,
and substitute items for ad merchandise that was out of stock. I pull stocked merchandise from

customers, answer calls for back up cashiers, and maintained the service desk.
