225 employees. Sage Automation is an international company that
designs, assembles, installs, and services large industrial
robots. I-Corp is the largest job shop in Southeast Texas and
offers fabrication, machining, and on site service/repair
departments.
Responsibilities include:
Recruitment:
. Full cycle recruiting for essential technical (Engineers,
Programmers, and Network Admins), administrative, and
manufacturing support staff (Welders, Electricians, Machinist,
and Project Managers).
. Created job descriptions and skills assessments to properly
recruit and classify employees.
. Forecasted staffing needs based on budgetary and needs
assessments.
. Created recruitment campaigns for specific staffing demands that
included Internet postings, job fairs, and newspaper ads.
. Created a standardized applicant selection process that included
applicant tracking, resume analysis, interviews (phone and on-

Training and Development:
