PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

. Therapy Recruiter - Primary responsibility was to provide

qualified therapists to hire for various long term care centers in

the state of Ohio. This was accomplished through massive cold

calling, preparation and placement of ads in local papers and

professional trade journals, preparation of direct mail postcards,

school job fairs, newsletters and networking. Additional

responsibilities included negotiation of salary with candidate,

interview scheduling, overview of benefits and finished with offer

letter to the new hire. Other duties as directed by needs of

. Multi-Divisional Clinical Recruiter - Primary responsibility was to

provide qualified clinical staff to hiring managers (primarily

RN's). This was accomplished through cold calls, advertising,

direct mail, local, state and national industry conference

attendance, screening and phone interview of candidates through our

applicant tracking system. Responsibilities also included

recommendation and coordination of creative advertising strategies

by working directly with ad agency, maintaining solid business

relationships with many levels of management for multiple

divisions, and proactive recruiting strategies on a consistent

basis to ensure proper coverage at all times. I participated in

numerous task force projects: Facility Administrator Toolkit, Hot

Spot Recruitment, retention, Nurse Practitioner program startup,

Travel Nurse Program, and development of pre-screen forms for RNs

and other clinical personnel. After the development of the above

mentioned FA Toolkit, I was responsible for the training of the

Facility Administrators in my Divisions.
