front and rear axles systems to BMW. Processes included highly automated

assembly process and testing equipment.

Responsibilities included: P & L, quality, delivery, cost reduction and

production planning / scheduling.

. Improved the on time shipment rate from 90% to 98% without add.

overtime.

. Implemented the 5S, STW, TPM disciplines

. Reduced scrap in the assembly Dept from. 2.0 % to 1.0 % in the first 8

months

. Reduced customer complaints from 169 to 29 by the end of March 2009

Processes included carpet deep drawn / hot form operations, carpet foaming,

CNC water jet cutting and assembly. Responsibilities included: P & L,

quality, delivery, cost reduction and production planning / scheduling.

. Improved the on time shipment rate to Mercedes Benz from 85% to 99%

. Implemented the 5S disciplines

. Reduced scrap in the carpet foam and deep drawn dept. from 2.5% to 1.2

% in 6 months

. Member of the launch team, which implemented all the Model Year 08

delivery, and production scheduling.
