front and rear axles systems to BMW. Processes included highly automated
assembly process and testing equipment.
Responsibilities included: P & L, quality, delivery, cost reduction and
production planning / scheduling.
. Improved the on time shipment rate from 90% to 98% without add.
overtime.
. Implemented the 5S, STW, TPM disciplines
. Reduced scrap in the assembly Dept from. 2.0 % to 1.0 % in the first 8

CNC water jet cutting and assembly. Responsibilities included: P & L,
quality, delivery, cost reduction and production planning / scheduling.
. Improved the on time shipment rate to Mercedes Benz from 85% to 99%
