delivering an $18B government two step design-build project consisting of a

6,000-seat Velodrome (enclosed arena) with a 3,000-seat BMX track and the

Eaton Manor facility boasting two 3,000-seat stadiums, five Olympic-size

swimming pools, a design / build/ operate wind turbine, and a geo-thermal

power plant with additional infrastructures. Provided executive-level

leadership to a cross-functional team comprised of design and cost

engineers, project managers, commercial leads, and finance, legal, and

information technology staff.

* Served as the sole principal in managing $690M in capital and $900M in

design and build projects.

* Masterminded redesigning efforts for the Velodrome that achieved a $130M

budget reduction without sacrificing function, capacity, or time.

* Eliminated 12% to 17% facility project cost overruns and eliminated late
