delivering an $18B government two step design-build project consisting of a
6,000-seat Velodrome (enclosed arena) with a 3,000-seat BMX track and the

swimming pools, a design / build/ operate wind turbine, and a geo-thermal
power plant with additional infrastructures. Provided executive-level
leadership to a cross-functional team comprised of design and cost
