Developed financial objectives related to the

operating plan, acquisition synergies and cost to

obtain such synergies for each acquired company

Business Unit. Led the overall and day-to-day

implementation of the integration plan as it

relates to financial planning and reporting

activities. Ensured that accounting and

transaction processing activities were integrated

in a manor consistent with the overall financial

integration.

1999 to 2000 BUSINESS UNIT CONTROLLER-Nuclear Projects

Business Unit

. The Nuclear Projects Business Unit is a $275+

million Business Unit of Westinghouse Electric

LLC. Installation and services of advanced

nuclear computer-based data acquisitions and

control systems worldwide. This position reports

directly to the Sr. Vice President and General

Manager. Position responsibilities include overall

Financial Control and Reporting.

. Direct reports to the Controller include, Business

Unit Financial Planning Manager, Information

Technology Manager, Manager of Planning and

Scheduling, Manager of BPIP and Manager of

Contracts Administration.

. Major Project locations in the Czech Republic,

Sweden, UK and Bulgaria. High-risk opportunities

with foreign powers. Responsible for the

implementation of the SAP ERP system for the

Business Unit. Modules implemented in the

. The Nuclear Services Division is a $450 million,

services of nuclear operating power plants. My

responsibilities encompass all aspects of

financial operations and reporting for the

Division and Subsidiary Operations. I also

provide economic projections, financial analyses

and recommendations to the General Managers

regarding the fiscal condition of the Division.

1991 to 1993 FINANCIAL PLANNING MANAGER - Process Control

Division

. The Process Control Division is a $275 million

operations division of Westinghouse. It designs,

manufactures, installs and services advanced

computer - based data acquisitions and control

systems worldwide. This position reports directly

to the Controller. As Financial Planning Manager,

my duties involved the accounting functions

related to joint ventures in the economies of

China, Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
