. Installed a coal handling conveyor belt system (one mile long) at USS

Gary Works for a coal generated power plant in Gary, IN.

square feet facility. I worked directly with the customer (Target) and

Archer Western (general contractor) on the erection schedule, set-up,

delivery, logistics and safety issues.

. Kept ahead of all schedules as outlined in the pre-job meeting while

performing on-time erection and safe working conditions.

. Designed and implemented a safety program for the subcontractors and

held weekly safety meetings.

. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly safety and progress reports,

attended the weekly safety meeting conducted by the GC as well as

Swisslog's weekly teleconference.

. Prepared erection schedules and three week look-a-head plans.

In charge of the erection and testing of a baggage handling system for

Sea-Tac International Airport. The longest in the world at the time.

. Maintained a professional level of erection schedules and safety.

and safety reports.

. Responsible for the weekly production schedule meetings with the GC and

the safety and reports for the work force under G&T's contract.

. Advised on logistics and scheduling for off-site staging for the

conveyor sections and parts for delivery on-site.

. Operated within the airports rules and regulations (FAA). A U.S.

Customs security clearance was required to work on site.

. A great amount of rigid testing of machinery and IT controls went into

the completion of the system.
